This documentary film project will begin filming in the fall of 2000 and will follow the racers through the 2000 season, the 2001 World Championships, leading ultimately to the 2002 World Olympics in Utah.
After 1 1/2 miles travelling at speeds of up to 80 miles per hour the top 20 finishers can be separated by less than one second. This film will discover what lies behind the goggles of these remarkable women who spend 50 weeks a year training for 30 minutes of actual racing per season.
Tex is spending this winter travelling with the teams on the women's Alpine World Cup circuit.
